MX30 4-Kids

You may have heard of MX30 but this is something new...something for your kids! MX30 4-Kids is our newest offering to help get kids on the path to total fitness. Most of all, it's about having fun!! Come on in and let your kids see how much fun fitness can be!

 

What does it include?

Anthony says, "In kids MX-30, we  are doing flexibility, coordination, and resistance training.  We do exercises like jumping jax and pushups, use jump ropes, BOSU trainers, and medicine balls, and do a lot of stretching.  Since this is geared for 8-12 year olds, I'm mostly interested  in getting them moving and developing motor skills".

When is it?

Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5:30pm til 6:00pm. Classes can be added upon request and adequate interest. Let us know what you want and we'll see what we can do.
