MX30 Testimonials
I have always enjoyed running and working out. Since I have been training the MX30 way at Regency AthleticClub, I have seen a significant improvement in my running. My endurance, the strength of my legs and my overall form has improved. I am running longer distances in shorter times. When I started the MX30training, I was running 2.0 miles in 35 minutes. Today, I can run 2.5 miles in 20 minutes. Also, I have seen an improvement in my upper body strength. In the early days of MX30, I struggled to do pull-ups. Today, I can actually pull myself up and over the bar. I attribute all my fitness improvements to the total body workout of MX30. MX30 is a mental workout as well as a physical workout –you have to WANT to do it.

My MX30 experience has been a very positive one. My strength level has measurably improved. When I began the program I could do 28 push-ups in a 1 minute time frame. Now, I can do 68 in the same 1 minute time frame. That’s a 143% improvement! As an avid recreational tennis player, I have also benefited from the improvements in my endurance level. Quicker recovery between long rallies has given me an edge on the court. I feel great and energetic.

Since I have been in the MX30 program at Regency Athletic Club,my physical condition is the best it
has been since high school. In approximately 8 months, I have lost 3 dress sizes, over 40 pounds and more than 10% body fat while developing a healthy amount of lean toned muscle. Once I lost my pregnancy weight through Transitions, it was time to get back in shape and get back in my pre-pregnancy clothes. I had not worked out in over a year and talking about losing stamina-I had zero. I also had a caesarean {C-Section} which left me with no abdominal function whatsoever. So I decided to take MX30 and in four weeks I am now doing all of the ab exercises everyone else is doing; my stamina has improved dramatically and I have lost even more inches. My clothes are actually fitting better now than before I became pregnant. All it took was 30 minutes a day for four days a week for four weeks! You cannot beat 16 personal trainings sessions for $60! And the results are well worth it!
