When I first started the Transitions Weight Loss Program I did so to lose weight but more importantly to develop a healthy way of eating. I had just had a baby four months prior and had the last 8 pounds to lose-which are the hardest. I lost all of my pregnancy weight within 3 weeks and lost 3 inches in my hips and abs. The program is easy; I didn’t have to count points or calories or fat grams. I no longer have cravings; I no longer crash in the middle part of the day and I have tons of energy. It is all about the way you group your foods and knowing which ones to stay away from and what you can use for substitutes in their place. It is a very forgiving way of eating!
